非常に清々しい曲です。
お金を置いとくべきだけど、入ったら嬉しくなって使っちゃう
後になって苦労するのはわかっているけど、使ってしまうという心情を明るく歌い上げています。
気持ちはわかるような気がします。
French Montanaの歌う部分は、訳しにくく変な訳になってしまいました。
恐らく、パーティーでみんながバカ騒ぎする光景を伝えているのでしょう。

ザック・エプロン演じるフィリップは上流階級出身で、またゼンデイヤ演じるアンは黒人で差別に苦しむ女性という役のようです。
歌詞の中で、好きなのにも関わらずアンはフィリップを頑なに拒み続けるのには、フィリップとの身分の違いや、黒人差別により人に裏切られたからでしょう。
そのことは、『壁の中なら二人になれるけれど、外に出たら目が覚めて望みがないと分かる』という歌詞がもっとも強く表現しています。
